What drives us We care about others and believe that things can be done differently, and that’s what drives us. As a Dutch specialist with many years of experience in the mobility industry, we are committed to enabling people to truly participate and play sports. Empowering people – that’s our mission. We do this by creating smart, reliable and durable custom power wheelchairs, taking a personal approach that exceeds expectations. This is also reflected in our name, Scout Mobility. We want to help people and truly make a difference. That’s why we work with commitment and dedication every day, cooperating with partners who share our passion.

A hands-on and personal approach Opting for Scout Mobility means opting for creative and sustainable Dutch design quality. And for a team of passionate specialists who truly care – and who always go that extra mile. Your needs come first. We listen to you, explore your challenges and focus on what is possible together. Taking a hands-on approach and with an eye for functional details, we then create a wheelchair that provides all the mobility and individuality you need. Our only aim is to empower you to achieve all your ambitions, sporting or otherwise.

Sustainability: going the extra mile

Social responsibility is part of our DNA. As a wheelchair manufacturer we design durable products to provide people with a disability with freedom and new possibilities. But we do much more to make a difference for people and the planet.

We are committed to limiting our environmental impact. The materials we use for our wheelchairs are easy to recycle (cradle-to-cradle ambition), with only a very limited number of plastic parts. We also reuse the packaging we receive. An impressive 95% of our components are sourced in Europe. And our factory in the Netherlands is almost entirely solar powered.

Sponsoring and partnerships Local involvement is important to us and we want to make sports more accessible. That’s why we support local sports clubs and activities. We also actively promote the development of electric wheelchair hockey and powerchair football, working with various Dutch associations such as NEC Maatschappelijk, the PSV Foundation and the KNVB. Additionally, we regularly provide technical support at powerchair hockey games.

The driving force behind Scout Mobility Nice to meet you! We are Jeroen and Geert-Jan, the owners/founders of Scout Mobility. Since 2017, we have been working full power with our team to make more possible for people with a disability, building on our many years of experience in the mobility industry. Because we believe that things can be done differently. We are committed, flexible, knowledgeable and solution-oriented – and we always go the extra mile.
